| Conditions of Hire |
| • One
third of the total ammount is required for a deposit. |
| • The
balance is due on arrival. |
| • In
the event of a cancellation,deposits are non returnable. |
| • We
will do are up most to relet the cottage, however you
may be liable to the full cost. |
| • If
we are unable to do so. You are advised to take out cancellation
insurance. |
| • Details
will be sent with your confirmation letter. |
| • Tenancies
commence after 2pm and terminate at 10am on departure
day. |
| • All
bookings are accepted on the condition that the property
is left in a clean and tidy. |
| • Condition
and any damages or breakages are paid for. |
| • The
exact number of people allowed is clearly stated. Extra
persons are not permitted. |
